I grew up wanting to be like my father, a Seller. He taught me about integrity.
Combining that with a good dose of trial and error early in my career, I learned that being of personal value to people and helping them to buy worked better than pitching or selling them.
I've been ‘walking that walk’, ever since – selling, training, leading and winning deals from $600 to $60M. I’m still learning what works in putting those core principles into practice.
I love coaching. And evidence suggests I have an ability. In roles from sales manager to CEO, I have coached my teams personally, transforming all of them, typically from dysfunction to record-breaking performances.
